Combo Kingdom! is provided by Lifthill Studio / Thomas Geelens in the Netherlands, KVK 83559752. Contact hello@lifthill.studio with questions about the game or these terms.
By using the game, you agree to these rules. The App Store’s applicable terms and Apple’s standard end-user licence agreement also apply to the iOS app. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Playing and local progress
You can play without Apple sign-in. Progress, collections, preferences and unfinished rounds are saved on your device. Online features require a connection and may not always be available. Your online profile is not a full backup of every local round or collection. Please take care before deleting the app or its data.
Combo Bucks and upgrades belong to the current run. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred, traded or redeemed for money. A new run starts with its own balance. Lifetime records and collections are separate from the balance spent in a run.
World purchases and Kingdom Pass
The app identifies included worlds and paid worlds. A world purchase unlocks that world. Kingdom Pass is a one-time lifetime purchase that unlocks all current worlds and every future world released for Combo Kingdom! It is not an auto-renewing subscription. Current prices and the item you are buying are shown through Apple before confirmation.
Use Restore purchases in Settings with the same App Store purchase account to restore eligible access. A restore does not charge you again. Removing the app or deleting an online profile does not itself cancel a purchase or request a refund. Apple handles purchase billing and refund requests through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Future content is released through app updates. We may update the game, fix bugs and maintain its services. Your purchased rights and any applicable consumer remedies remain subject to mandatory law; these terms do not take them away.
Optional rewarded ads
You decide whether to watch a rewarded ad for the upgrade offered at that moment. Ad availability and completion are determined by the provider. An interrupted or unavailable ad may not earn a reward; a limited courtesy upgrade may be offered where the game says so. Ordinary play does not require watching ads.
Kingdom Pass does not disable the option to choose a rewarded ad. Advertising consent is separate from the game’s optional play-stat consent.
Your profile and nickname
The online service uses a guest profile for verified rankings. Optional Apple sign-in lets you recover a linked profile, choose a nickname and connect with friends. Keep access credentials private. Your chosen nickname is a one-time choice, as explained before you confirm it.
Do not use names that impersonate someone, expose private information, threaten people, promote hate or include sexual or otherwise abusive content. We may reject or reset an inappropriate name. Report or block a player using the in-app options, or contact us if you need help.
Fair play and moderation
Do not submit fabricated scores, tamper with gameplay verification, abuse requests, bypass paid access or interfere with other players or the service. Submitted runs may be replayed and checked by our server before they appear in rankings.
We may reject invalid results, remove abusive content or restrict online access where reasonably needed to prevent abuse or protect the service. If you think a decision is wrong, email us with your nickname and the details so we can review it. Your applicable rights to challenge a decision remain intact.
Privacy and consent
The privacy policy explains local data, profiles, purchase verification, advertising, optional daily counts and temporary live-play signals. Accepting these terms does not turn optional play stats on and does not replace any consent required for advertising. You can change the relevant choices in Settings.
Delete a guest or Apple-linked online account from Settings → Your profile → Account options. Linked deletion requires verification with Apple. Online profile and social data are removed; local game data and App Store purchases remain. Signing out alone does not delete an account.
Content and outside services
The app, artwork, music and other game content are owned by Lifthill Studio or used with permission. Your personal licence to play does not grant permission to redistribute the app or its assets. External music platforms, Apple and advertising services have their own terms and privacy policies.
Updates and support
We work to keep the game and services reliable, but availability can be affected by maintenance, connectivity and third-party services. We will explain material changes to these terms when appropriate and keep the latest version here. Any limitations apply only to the extent allowed by law.
